EmbodiedPresent.com (formerly PhilipShepherd.com) is the online home of The Embodied Present Process™. This website is hosted on a server located in Canada.

Protecting Your Data and Privacy

We wholeheartedly value your privacy rights. There are a few ways that we receive information about you. First, we receive your name and email address when you sign up for our newsletter. Our newsletter includes marketing and promotional information related to Philip Shepherd, The Embodied Process and workshop offerings and events. Please be aware that we do not share our newsletter list with any other companies or individuals. When you sign up for our newsletter, you are sent a confirmation from our Email Service Provider- ActiveCampaign. You can ask us to stop sending you messages at any time by following the opt-out links on any newsletter sent, or by emailing us directly at hello@embodiedpresent.com. We will attend to your request at the first available opportunity and remove you from the list.

The second way that we receive information about you, is when you email us with an inquiry on the Contact page. Contact form submissions are stored in the website database at our host- WP Engine, and a copy is emailed to us. If requested by you at hello@embodiedpresent.com, we can delete that information.

In addition, we use “cookies” on this website for Google Analytics and a few third-party plugins. A “cookie” is the term given to describe a type of message that is given to a Web browser by a Web server. We use “cookies” to keep track of certain types of information while you are visiting our website or using our services. Among other things, they allow us to determine the number of website visitors, your approximate geographic location, and they make the distinction between repeat visitors and new visitors - allowing us to keep the website running faster upon revisiting. This is a very standard practice that supports our efforts to provide a functional experience for site visitors.
