Move out of your head and into your life.
The Radical Wholeness workshop is like nothing else out there. To describe it requires an understanding of how our culture as a system undermines our wholeness. Growing up within it, we normalize to living in division – to being divided from our breath, from the body’s energy, from the Present, from our true selves. In this divided state we supervise our thoughts and actions and emotions, exhausting ourselves in the process. Living in wholeness is so much easier. It reunites your thinking with your body’s intelligence and roots your life in the simplicity of your truth in the present. Radical Wholeness is a series of practices I’ve developed to help you do exactly that. And it provides you tools to last a lifetime.
Philip Shepherd has gained an international reputation as a teacher whose breadth of vision and original exercises enable people to escape the enclosed chatter of the head, and ground their thinking in the calm, deep-dwelling intelligence of the body. His workshop provides tools to last a lifetime, even as it gently opens the door to a radical experience of wholeness.
Class size limited to 18.
