The response to the TEPP Facilitators Training has been all that I could have wished for and more. It’s a profound joy to be with a small group of committed adventurers over a year, helping them navigate the personal, liberating surrender to wholeness. I’ve held two Trainings in Canada, two in the USA, one in Ireland – and now the sixth is scheduled to begin on June 27th in Leyden, MA in the beautiful Angels’ Rest Retreat Center.
If you are interested in a full description of what the TEPP Training entails, please follow this link. The Training takes place over three five-day sessions at Angel’s Rest, with lots of support in between in the form of group video calls and audio exercises, as well as teaching and study aids. The group is limited to sixteen participants, and anyone can apply who has taken my weekend workshop, or is planning to take it before the training begins. There are workshops in Shelburne Falls, MA and Burlington VT in the weeks prior to the training. (Anyone taking the Facilitator training can also take the weekend workshops just preceding the training at a 50% discount.)
Although the stated purpose of the training is to prepare participants to facilitate the Radical Wholeness weekend workshop, the training actually supports a significant and life-changing challenge. To facilitate a workshop, you need to model the work. To support you in that, the training focuses on helping you deepen into the body’s intelligence, so you can ease into your wholeness and model it effortlessly.
At the end of the training, graduates who want to go ahead and run Radical Wholeness workshops usually begin with two- or three-hour events, sharing the curriculum in bite-sized chunks as they become increasingly familiar with it. When a graduate and I both feel they are ready to facilitate the full weekend workshop, I will include their name on my website as a certified facilitator.
People are drawn to the Facilitators’ Training for different reasons, and I honor them all. Some are drawn to it for reasons of personal growth, some to complement a modality they already practice, and some to share the work with others. Whatever the motivation, my conviction is that anyone who takes the training will be carrying the work into the world in some form or another. What really matters is that they come to it wanting to undertake a personal journey to wholeness, and willing to encounter and soften the divisions in the body that keep us from it. Participants are expected to commit to all three sessions.
The MA Facilitator Training will run over three five-day sessions, spaced out over one year:
