Philip has appeared in a range of theatre, film and television productions, both in Canada and abroad.  He studied theatre in Toronto, Milwaukee, New York, London, India and Japan, and has worked for 35 years to integrate the principles of performance of both Eastern and Western traditions.  He has performed on stages across Canada, as well as in New York, Chicago, London and Hong Kong.  His film work includes a co-starring role in Strange Justice, with Mandy Patinkin and Delroy Lindo; and a role with Jon Voight in Jasper, Texas.

Philip recently worked in Ecuador on the upcoming TV miniseries, The Summit, and has played lead roles in two upcoming feature films: The Deed, directed by Steven Rumbelow; and The Traveling Medicine Show, directed by Amnon Buchbinder.

Philip is the director of Reactor Core Theatre in Toronto, which is currently working on a one-man theatre show, Maw, to be produced by Reactor Core Theatre in Toronto in the spring of 2010.
