Philip Shepherd brings to his one-on-one coaching sessions a compassionate understanding of the challenges of our modern life. He believes that we can find peace in our lives only as we address and gently disarm the conflicts of stress and anxiety within the body. In his sessions, Philip provides practical feedback, spiritual counselling, and a program of simple exercises designed to the individual needs and growth of the client. Ultimately, this is challenging, transformative work (sort of like life itself), and benefits from a skilled, encouraging guide.
Coaching sessions are available in person in either a one-on-one format, or in a small group. These can occur either in Philip’s hometown, Toronto, or in any city to which he is bringing his talk or workshop. One-on-one sessions can also be conducted over the phone or by Skype, and are available either as hour-long sessions or three 45-minute sessions.
