Philip brings to his one-on-one coaching sessions a compassionate understanding of the challenges of our modern life. This work is based on the knowledge that we can find peace in our lives only as we address and gently disarm the conflicts of stress and anxiety within the body. This is challenging, transformative work, and benefits from a skilled, encouraging guide.
Philip provides practical advice, spiritual counselling, and a program of simple exercises designed to restore coherence to our lives. Coaching sessions are available in person in either a one-on-one format, or in a small group. These can occur either in Philip’s hometown, Toronto, or in any city to which he is bringing his talk or workshop.
